We only work with accredited experts. NICEIC or NAPIT for electrical, BAFE for fire equipment, LCA for Legionella, NEBOSH, IOSH or IFE for assessments. Credentials and insurance are checked before a first job and again at renewal.
Nobody should pay for a test they don't need or miss one they do. The free check puts the whole premises on one page before any money changes hands.
The price you are given in writing is the price you pay. Remedials are quoted against a fixed menu and approved by you, never sold on the doorstep.
